I must tell you I found this amazing Gelato maker at a garage sale for 25$ I am a modest artist but if I had the money I would have bought this machine. It is my most favotie purchase ever! I love making Gelato and this beautiful machine makes it so simple and perfect! It is a little messy to clean up as there are no removable bowls just the mixing paddle but even that is really a breeze. You turn on the freezer 20 min before you put in the custard and 15-20 minutes later poof Gelato. Great stuff. and here are some recipes that I have done with it .
