Watch out, buttermilk—there’s a new short stack in town.Another Broken Egg’s Blueberry, Goat Cheese, and Lemon Pancakes are made for bright summer mornings.

The flapjacks arrive hot, filled and topped with blueberries and crowned with a generous amount of whipped cream. Goat cheese crumbles surround the cakes, which are also served with orange slices, butter, and plenty of syrup. Every bite calls for another as the cheese and whipped cream complements the tartness of the lemon, sweetness of the blueberries, and the starchiness of the cakes.
